• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
